Operators and sub-operators (khalasi) engaged in supply work for Sudha Dairy organized a protest in Phulwarisharif on 17 March to reiterate their various long-standing demands. The march was in response to a call given by Patna District Private Vehicle Drivers and Employees Union, Sudha Dairy (AICCTU).

15 March 2021 was observed as Anti-Privatization Day in response to the joint nationwide call given by central labour organizations and Samyukta Kisan Morcha.

AIARLA and MNREGA Mazdoor Sabha organised a march in front of the Bihar Assembly on 3 March. The issues of housing for dalits, poor, workers and migrant workers, land, wages, ration, pension, education and health were raised through the march. The demand is for a new housing policy for construction of houses for the poor in the same place where their hutments are located.

AICCTU has called for a countrywide for 'Repeal Labour Codes' which was concluded in protest sit-ins at all State capitals and District HQs on 15 February.

A dharna was organized in Nainital at the conclusion of the campaign by workers’ leaders from various unions which was addressed by ASHA Health Workers Union leader Kamla Kunjwal, Advocate Durga Singh Mehta, Dr Kailash Pandey, Durga Tamta, Bima Karmachari Union leader Manoj Gupta, AN Bhatt and others.

The countrywide general strike call given by trade unions including AICCTU, AITUC, CITU, INTUC, AIURUC, TUCC, HMS and SEWA to protest against the Modi government’s assault on farmers and workers, 4 anti-labor codes, 12 hour working day, 3 anti-farm laws, selling of national assets, Adani-Ambani Company raj, attacks on democracy and Constitution, unemployment and inflation, a rally was organized from Patna Junction to Dak Bungalow Chowk where a protest and blockade was held for hours on 26 November.

Members of Patna District Private Vehicle Drivers and Workers Union affiliated to AICCTU and engaged in Sudha Milk supply work organized a meeting on 27 September in front of the Sudha Dairy premises.
