Jammu district conference of CPIML was held on 13 November. Comrade Rajiv Dimri was the central observer of the conference. Comrade Nirdosh Uppal welcomed delegates and guests in the open session where he elaborated on the party's work in Jammu & Kashmir along with the national situation. Comrade Sukhdarshan Natt, central committee member, greeted the conference as a guest.

More than 2000 scheme workers, backbone of India's health and social welfare schemes, including mid-day meal and community health services workers gathered at Delhi's Jantar Mantar on 21 November in protest against Modi government's attempts to trample their rights. They are demanding their labour rights, proper wages, rights and dignity.

All India Construction Workers Federation (AICWF) held its first ever all India workshop at Ranchi on 9–10 Nov 2022 in the backdrop of the Modi led BJP government’s attacks on the working class, including Labour Codes, dismantling of welfare boards and by taking stock of its experience since its inception.

Inhuman forms of exploitation are quite rampant and indiscriminate in the industrially most developed districts of western region of Tamil Nadu. Employing migrant labourers and treating them as bonded and forced labour is common and widespread in the region. Lakhs and lakhs of migrant labourers, basically Dalits, tribals, young children and girls, are employed all over the region, not only in poultry farms but also in dying factories, spinning mills, powerloom and hosiery industries that are the dominant industries in the district.

CPIML has welcomed the decision taken by Jharkhand Assembly to increase the reservation quota for SC/ST/OBC/EBC castes to 77%. The Jharkhand Assembly passed a Bill in this regard on 11 November.

Party’s Bihar State Secretary Kunal has demanded passing of a similar Bill from the Bihar government in the Winter Session of the state Assembly. He also stated CM Nitish Kumar’s statement issued recently in support of increasing the reservation quota after the recent SC verdict regarding EWS reservations.

CPIML has expressed anguish on an incident of mass suicides on 11 November in Nawada of Bihar. Kedarnath Gupta and five of his family members committed suicide after falling into debt trap and harassment by the money lenders. They took poison in their rented house in Nawada, five people including Kedarnath Gupta, his wife and three children died while one child is being treated in the hospital. Kedarnath Gupta left a suicide note naming all the money lenders who had been harassing him and his family.

All India Agricultural and Rural Labour Association (AIARLA) concluded its two-day 7th National Conference on 15th November at Kanailal Datta, Rashbehari Bose-Nazrul Islam Nagar (Chandannagar), Hooghly, West Bengal with the following resolutions.

An All India convention was held against the growing attack on Dalits in Delhi on 5 November 2022 by the joint forum of left organizations working in the area of agricultural-rural workers’ and Dalit rights. The convention had delegates from AIARLA, AIAWU, AIDRM, BKMU, and DSMM. More than 650 delegates from 20 states participated and a resolution was passed to unitedly resist the fascist Manuwadi politics that has increased the attacks on Dalit rights.

The fifth Conference of Jharkhand Gramin Mazdoor Sabha was held at Ghutua (Nayanagar, Barkakana) in Ramgarh district on 6 November. The Conference began after paying tribute to the martyrs of Ghutua police firing (30 October, 1988) - Comrades Ramprasad Mahato, Rijhni Devi and Balkaiya Devi - at the martyrs' memorial followed by a march by delegates and guests to the conference venue.
