A farmers-workers panchayat was organized on 5 March 2021 at Maheba Block in Jalaun District in Uttar Pradesh against the 3 anti-farmer laws. All India Kisan Mahasabha National Secretary and Kisan Sanyukta Morcha leader Purushottam Sharma declared at the Panchayat that the ongoing farmers' movement across the country would continue until the three black laws are repealed.

CPIML.Bihar State Secretary Kunal and Legislative party leader Mahboob Alam said in a statement that the Budget presented by BJP-JDU on 22 February 2021 is disappointing and negative.

The leaders said in their joint statement that after Covid and lockdown while other countries are making deficit budgets, the Bihar government has a surplus budget. The 2021-22 budget estimate shows an anticipated income of Rs 218502.70 crores whereas the expenditure is 200 crores less than the income, i.e. Rs 218302.70.

Various mass organizations have planned a number of programs in front of the Vidhan Sabha during the Assembly session:

(a) Rasoiya Association protest on 26 February
(b) Vidhan Sabha gherao by students and youth on 1 March
(c) AIARLA protest on 3 March
(d) Self Help Groups and Jeevika workers protest on 5 March
(e) ASHA workers protest on 16-17 March

The student-youth Shiksha Rozgar Yatra for education and employment, from 7 February to 15 February 2021, continued with four separate teams who travelled across Bihar in four directions. After 15 February the RYA campaign will continue towards the Assembly gherao on 1 March on the issues of education and employment.

All India People’s Forum (AIPF) organized a program 'We the People are with Farmers' on 7 February 2021 in Patna. Former CPIML Member of Parliament and veteran farmer-labour leader Rameshwar Prasad was the main speaker at the program.

All India People's Front organized a weeklong program 'We the People of Patna are with Farmers' on 19 January at the Shaheed Bhagat Singh Chowk in Patna. The programme was concluded on 26 January at Digha Ghat in Patna.

The We the People of Patna with Farmers on the eve of Republic Day, on 25 January, was held at Danapur Station. Members of civil society attended in large numbers and appealed to people to raise their voice against the three black anti-farm laws.

CPIML in Bihar has written a letter to Mahagathbandhan parties RJD, CPI and CPM to appeal for a joint human chain across Bihar on 25 January on the eve of Republic Day in support of the ongoing farmers' movement.

CPIML MLAs participated in the protests at Patna in support of the countrywide trade union strike. They came out on the street after the conclusion of Assembly proceedings on 26 November. Earlier, the CPIML MLAs also protested in the Assembly and demanded the revoking of the anti-worker and anti-farmer laws in the Bihar Assembly.
