An unemployed youth Durgesh Yadav committed suicide in his rented room at Madiyaon in Lucknow. He hailed from Siddharthnagar district and was in search of a job for a long time. Uttar Pradesh unit of CPIML holds Yogi government responsible for such suicides for its anti-youth policies which have increased joblessness and frustration among the youth. The state government keeps on making false propaganda about job creations but in reality there are no jobs for most of the young generation. This is not the first incident when a young man lost his life because of joblessness. In another incident in Kannauj one graduate youth committed suicide after burning all his degrees.
There are lakhs of unfilled vacant posts in Uttar Pradesh which the government is not filling up. When a few thousands of posts are advertised along with a lot of hype and propaganda, the exam papers are leaked in favour of few. The youth are finding their future bleak hence an increase in the incidents of suicides. Removing BJP from the seat of power remains the only way out.
