Domicile Policy Based on 1932

CPIML Jharkhand State Secretary Manoj Bhakt and MLA Vinod Singh welcomed the state cabinet resolution for Bills for a 1932-based domicile policy and expansion of reservation. The CPIML has demanded that these Bills should be presented and passed in the Assembly as soon as possible and that the Government of India should give its assent to them. The CPIML believes that a 1932-based domicile law and expansion of reservation are in conformity with the aspirations of the people of Jharkhand and these laws will provide justice and new opportunities to the marginalized communities in Jharkhand.
