The first District conference at Raebareli was organized on 21 September 2021. Inaugurating the conference CPIML State Secretary Sudhakar Yadav said that the coming UP Assembly election is an opportunity for us to throw out of power the fascist Modi-Yogi government bent on selling the country to corporate houses. The feudal, exploitative, rape-supporting Yogi government has no achievements to show, and so is creating communal polarization to hide its failures. They have done their best to defame the farmers' movement but without success. The movement has spread across Western and Eastern UP and the people have made up their minds to oust this government. Comrade Sudhakar said that CPIML will organize a people's campaign with the slogan 'Unite to oust BJP'. The conference was also addressed by senior leader Vijay Vidrohi.
The conference elected a 15 member District Committee with Comrade Afroz Alam as District Secretary.
