Led by CPIML MLAs Sandeep Saurabh and Manoj Manzil and in the presence of dozens of organizations of teacher candidates, technical students' organizations, candidates deprived of TET/CTET/BTET, Statistics Volunteers, Bihar Police candidates, ITI instructors, temporary executive assistants, Bihar Police Mitra, Bihar SSC, All India Pharmacists' Association, Bihar constables and other organizations, the Bahali-Nyay Sanyojan Samiti (Recruitment Justice Convening Committee) was formed on 15 March in Patna to demand the promised 19 lakh jobs in Bihar and to oppose irregularities, corruption and non-transparency in recruitments.
Sandeep Saurabh was unanimously elected Convener of the committee.
The Bahali Nyay Sanyojan Samiti will organize a dharna against irregularities in Bihar recruitments. The committee also took a decision to bring out a booklet on the recruitment crisis and youth's demands, and to organize a state level convention in Patna.
It will be remembered that paper leaks and delay in results and timely appointments have become common in Bihar. Selected candidates are denied appointment for different reasons and excuses. Despite lakhs of posts lying vacant in various departmrnts, the government does not make timely appointments and the youth of Bihar are deprived of jobs.
The Bihar government is exploiting and oppressing labour through temporary jobs instead of permanent and respectable jobs for the youth of the state.
