RYA organized a state level workshop in Koderma on 6 February where it was decided to hold a Vidhan Sabha march on 15 March on the issue of employment. The workshop was organized to discuss various issues of youth in Jharkhand, governmental policy of depriving youth of dignified employment, and to create political awareness among youth against the government's tactics to divert attention from real issues through pseudo-nationalism and communal poison.
The workshop was addressed by RYA National President Niraj Kumar, former MLA Rajkumar Yadav, and Delhi University Prof Tapas Saha who elaborated on the privatization policies of the Modi government. It was decided to organize a Rozgar Yatra to the Jharkhand Vidhan Sabha on 15 March, prior to which village level youth meetings will be organized across Jharkhand. The workshop was attended by 150 delegates from various districts in Jharkhand.
