All India Kisan Mahasabha organized a Kisan Rally at Shaheed Smarak in Bindukhatta on 25 January 2021. The rally began with a minute's silence in honour of the farmers martyred during the struggle.
The Kisan Yatra for repeal of the three black laws and protection of food security started on 11 January, martyrdom day of Nagendra Saklani. The Yatra concluded with the Kisan rally on 25 January.
Addressing the meeting at Shaheed Smarak, AIKM State President Anand Singh Negi said that the Modi government took advantage of the pandemic and imposed Adani-Ambani Company Raj in the country and snatched away farmers' livelihood through these three laws forcibly passed. The Modi government does not serve the people but is firmly loyal to Adani-Ambani.
AIKM District President Bahadur Singh Jangi said that farmers will not rest until the Swaminathan Commission recommendations are implemented and MSP at 1.5 times crop production cost is guaranteed. CPIML District Secretary Dr Kailash Pandey said that the Modi government will have to repeal the laws instead of misleading farmers, as workers, youth, women and the common people have come out on the streets in support of farmers.
The Kisan rally concluded with the reading of the Preamble of the Constitution and a pledge to protect the country's democracy, freedom and Constitution.
