THE statues of five founder leaders of CPI(ML) and of the historic Bhojpur anti-feudal peasant struggle will be inaugurated on 18 December 2018 in Ara on the occasion of 20th Memorial Day of comrade Vinod Mishra. The statues of comrade Subrat Datta (Com. Jauhar), General Secretary of the Party who was martyred in 1975 in Sahar, the legendary people’s hero comrade Jagadish (Master ji) martyred in 1972 in Behea Bazar, comrade Rameshwar Ahir (Sadhuji) who embraced martyrdom in Sahar in 1975, comrade Ramnaresh Ram, a comrade in arms with above martyrs who further strengthened the historic anti-feudal struggle of Bhojpur, and of comrade Vinod Mishra are being installed at a park in Ara.
The inauguration of these statues and the Martyrs' park will be attended by a large number of people from Bihar and outside of the state. The construction work and other preparations at the venue are progressing fast by meeting all expenditures solely with the contributions from the masses for which a fund collection drive is also going on side by side. The CPI(ML) has appealed to its members and supporters to contribute generously for this task.
