Fact Finding Report

A State level CPI(ML) team led by Bihar State Secretary Comrade Kunal visited SKMCH at Muzaffarpur on 19 June 2019 and took stock of the situation. The team visited the children admitted in the PICU (Paediatric Intensive Care Unit) and the wards and spoke to the family members. It also met the Hospital Superintendent and the Paediatrics Department Head and discussed the subject of prevention of encephalopathy which has taken the form of an epidemic here. Earlier, a CPI(ML) team led by MLA Mahboob Alam also visited Muzaffarpur.

INCIDENTS of sexual violence against women and girl children are sharply on the increase under the Yogi government in Uttar Pradesh. Chief Minister Yogi talks of Beti Bachao Beti Padhao (Save and Educate the Girl Child) but his police are seen clearly to be standing with the accused persons or tries to cover up such incidents.

A CPI(ML) District Committee enquiry team visited the home of martyred CPI Comrade Fago Tanti in Mahaji Tola, Ramdiri, Begusarai District. The team comprised District Secretary Comrade Diwakar, Comrade Chandradev Verma, Comrade Baiju Singh, Comrade Deepak Sinha and Comrade Rajesh Shrivastava, who met and spoke with members of the bereaved family.

Fago Tanti was a fearless and spirited leader. He was a landless worker. He was beaten to death by criminals associated with the ruling BJP because of political vendetta in the ongoing Lok Sabha elections.

THE AIPF fact-finding team which enquired into the attack on Mohd Sajid’s family in Nayagaon (Gurgaon) has found that the attack was part of a campaign by communal forces, and not a clash between two teams.

ON 19th January, a team of 5 members of the CPI(ML) Tripura State Committee visited the state terror affected areas of Madhavbari - Dasharambari, Khumlung and areas nearby N.I.T.’s second and third gate. The aim was to find out the truth about the reported incidents of firing on 8th January.

A CPI(ML)-AIPWA enquiry team visited Patwa Tola in Manpur on 10 January 2019 to find the facts in the Anjana murder incident at Manpur in Gaya. The team consisted of CPI (ML) Central Committee member and AIPWA Bihar State Secretary Com. Shashi Yadav, CPI(ML) Gaya District Secretary Com. Niranjan Kumar, Party State Committee member Com. Rambali Singh Yadav, and Gaya AIPWA Secretary Com. Rita Barnwal.
