Expose and Reject the Saffron Brigades' Election-Time Mandir Ploy
WITH the Modi Government at the Centre, the Yogi Government in UP and BJP Governments in various states including poll-bound states facing people's anger, the RSS, BJP and saffron forces have pulled out their last desperate card - a frenzied demand for a Ram Mandir at Ayodhya where they demolished the Babri Masjid.
On 25 November, the Sangh as well as Shiv Sena held separate, competitive rallies to Ayodhya, trying their best to create an election-time communal frenzy.
Ironically, the Shiv Sena is historically associated with whipping up violence against migrant workers from UP and Bihar, and migrant workers from these states recently had to flee BJP ruled Gujarat following mob violence.
The saffron hatemongers arrived in Ambani-sponsored jet planes, enjoying the full hospitality of the Yogi Government and plenty of propaganda by the Godi media. In spite of all this, their Ayodhya visit failed to get support from the people of UP in general and Ayodhya/Faizabad in particular.
All over the country too, farmers are preparing to march on the Modi Government, and workers of various sectors are holding spirited protests.
The mutual harmony and united resistance of the common people of India will defeat the saffron ploy to repeat the tragedy of 1992 and divide and destroy India.
