Participating in the national strike by scheme workers on 25 September 2021, Anganwadi, ASHA and Rasoiya organizations affiliated to AICCTU organized forceful protests across various Districts in Uttar Pradesh including Raebareli, Kanpur, Jalaun, Allahabad, Jaunpur, Mau, Chandauli, Lucknow, Devaria, Bijnor and Lakhimpur.

The ongoing indefinite strike by ASHA workers in Uttarakhand continued for the 25th day on 25 August. The statewide strike has been going on since 2 August for monthly salary and other demands but as the government has taken no decision so far the ASHA unions affiliated to AICCTU and CITU are continuing the strike.

AIPWA organized a women's Parliament in Patna on 9 August Kranti Diwas in support of a parallel Parliament organized on the same day at Jantar Mantar in Delhi to demand repeal of the 3 black farm laws.

Women from various Districts in Bihar participated in the Parliament. Prof Bharti S Kumar was duly elected Speaker of this Parliament. Five Bills were introduced at the Parliament regarding agriculture, labour, health, inflation, and oppression of women.

The All India Progressive Women's Association organized protests in various Districts across the country on 5 July to demand an end to inflation and spiralling cooking gas prices. Women came out of their homes and protested on the streets and crossroads. In many places women protested with empty cylinders and empty mustard oil bottles, raised slogans, and burnt effigies of the Prime Minister.

AIPWA observed statewide dharna and hunger strike protests on 2 June in Jharkhand to demand justice for Sahibganj Thana in-charge Rupa Tirkey, whose death is being projected as a suicide when in fact there are strong indications that it was murder. Through the protests a memorandum was submitted to the Chief Minister of Jharkhand demanding a judicial enquiry into Tirkey’s death. Earlier a condolence meeting was held for Rupa Tirkey.

The Self Help Group And Jeevika Sangharsh Samiti held a meeting on 6 April in Patna, attended by women from across the state.

On 8 March 2021 on the occasion of International Women's day, marches, dharnas, meetings, memorandum submissions etc were organized in all places across the country. The Farmers’ Movement dedicated the day for women and women farmers and gave the stages on all Delhi borders to women leaders who led women marches and conducted the stages for the whole day.

Women from Self Help Groups marched to the Vidhan Sabha in Patna on 5 March 2021 under the joint banners of AIPWA and SHG Sangharsh Samiti for the following demands: arbitrariness of micro-finance companies; loan waivers for women; end interest collection without delay; 0% to 4% interest interest rates on loans; guarantee employment for SHG women and procurement of their products; constitute state level Authority for loan regulation; Rs 21,000 for Jeevika workers.
