Comrade Kulsum Begum was the AIPWA District President in Pilibhit, Uttar Pradesh. She was a totally dedicated activist for the party.
Comrade Kulsum passed away on 3 March 2021 due to cancer. There was hardly any movement in Pilibhit in which she did not participate. She attended the 6th Party Congress as a delegate. She was associated with the party and people's struggles from the time of AIPF. Her untimely passing has plunged all of us into grief. She will remain forever in our memories. Her demise in these times is a great loss to the movement. Red salute to Comrade Kulsum!
