CPIML organised a state-level workshop in Warangal, Telangana on September 20, focusing on the theme "Current Politics - Task of Left Forces - Expansion of CPI (ML)." The workshop was organised at the Padmashali Community Hall in Warangal city and presided over by CPIML Warangal District Secretary, A. Yadagiri.
Comrade N. Murty, CPIML Central Committee Member (CCM) addressing the workshop talked about the current political situation amid the increasing fascist attack on democracy and constitution. CPIML State Secretary Mamindla Ramesh Raja presented a detailed report on Telangana’s political landscape, outlining the future course of action for the party in the state. The workshop concluded with plans for a month-long campaign to advocate for the demands of unorganised workers, culminating in a rally in Warangal city in the last week of November.
Additionally, it was announced that a political convention on the current political scenario will be held in January 2025. CPIML State leaders R. Raju, G.R. Sambaiah, M. Mallesh, A. Rajitha, G. Kumar, D. Srinivas, N. Veera Naik, and AISA convenor Kiran Kumar joined the workshop. The workshop witnessed participation with around 250 comrades from districts including Hanumakonda, Warangal, Janagam, Bhupalapalli, Khammam, Mahbubabad, Nizamabad, and Karimnagar. Notably, around 150 women were among the attendees.
