Comrade Guddu Paswan

Comrade Guddu Paswan was a resident of Edaura village. There was a long-standing dispute regarding fazil ceiling (ceiling surplus) land between his family and the family of Kamlesh Ojha. The dispute turned into a clash on 11 July on the question of sowing (ropani) the land. During the clash, Guddu Paswan was shot in the leg. He was referred by Ara Sadar Hospital to PMC, but he died due to excessive loss of blood. The entire Party stands in support and solidarity with the bereaved family in this hour of grief. Red Salute to Comrade Tetari Devi!

Comrade Tetari Devi from Gyanpur village in Koilvar Block passed away at the age of 55 on 30 June 2020 after a long illness. She belonged to a middle class family. She always stood steadfastly with the Party and was a dedicated member of the Party. Her husband also works as a whole-timer for the Party. Tetari Devi’s demise is an irreparable loss for the Party and leaves a void which can never be filled. The CPIML stands with the bereaved family in their hour of grief.

Adieu Comrade Sukhdev Ram!

CPIML Mohaniya Block Committee member (Kaimur District) and senior leader Comrade Sukhdev ram also known as Ramuna Ji (age 70) passed away on 27 June at Sukhpurwa village in Mohaniya after a heart attack. He belonged to Kaithahar Kala village in Rajpur Block, Buxar District. He had been at the forefront of the Kaithahar Kala struggle, and started working for the Party as a full-timer from that time onwards. He stood solidly with the Party through various ups and downs, and remained with the Party till his last breath.

Comrade Khaderan Singh

CPIML Bihata Block Committee member Khaderan Singh (70) passed away on the morning of 18 June 2020. A diabetic and a heart patient already receiving treatment at Ara hospital, Comrade Khaderan Singh was injured on 24 May in a motorcycle accident and suffered a broken hip bone. Following the doctor’s advice, he was being treated at home on a stretcher. On the night of 17 June his condition worsened and he passed away at about 3 AM on 18 June.

Comrade Narender Kumar, 47, passed away on 17 May 2020 after a sudden heart attack in Delhi. He was a member of state committee of the party in Delhi. He has been suffering from a serious kidney ailment and undergoing dialysis regularly but this shock was never expected.
